Arrived quicker than expected which was brilliant but the colour was slightly darker than the picture suggests so I requested an exchange for another colour which was processed without any issues and again arrived very quickly. The ties are of excellent quality and now the perfect colour for our wedding day. I don't usually leave reviews but felt this company truly deserved one based on their excellent customer service and speed. Will definitely use this company again and have recommended to anyone that will listen!
