We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all UK mainland orders.

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
  • Orders placed before 2:30pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day

Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Have all tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Be free from odours, marks, or damage

Please note:

  • Swatches are non-refundable
  • Some products are marked as non-returnable
  • A full refund (excluding original delivery charges),

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will refund up to £4.00 for return postage or send you a prepaid returns label

Please include your postage receipt inside the parcel.

  • We recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Distance Selling Regulations

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and include your order number.
