Ordering Swatches Before Placing a Full Order
We understand how important it is to find the right colour, particularly when coordinating ties and accessories for weddings, events, uniforms or special occasions.
While we take great care to display our colours as accurately as possible, colours can appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and surrounding lighting. For the most accurate on-screen representation, we recommend viewing our products with your screen brightness set to approximately 50%.
For this reason, we strongly recommend ordering a swatch before placing a full order. This allows you to see the colour and material in person and choose the most suitable shade with confidence.

If you need help finding the closest colour match, our team will be happy to assist. Please email sample@tiesrus.co.uk with a clear photograph of the item or colour you are trying to match, preferably taken in natural daylight. We will then do our best to recommend the closest available match from our range.
Please note that photographs and digital displays cannot guarantee an exact colour match, which is why we recommend ordering a swatch before making your final purchase.
